Store Closures

lululemon stores in England and Scotland are now open again. Please use our store locator here to find your local store.

We are opening our Lululemon stores in the UK following government guidelines with the implementation of in-store safety measures. The well-being of our communities is our top priority, and has been carefully considered in our decision to reopen. We continue to monitor guidance by public health agencies and experts to ensure the ongoing safety of our teams and our guests.

To protect the well-being of our people and our guests, we are taking extra measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our stores around the world.

These include: 

•   Our teams and guests wearing masks at all times inside our store

•   Limiting our store capacity 

•   Practicing social distancing

•   Asking guests to return another time if they feel unwell, or have been asked to quarantine for any reason

•   Advising guests to sanitise hands when entering our stores

•   Increased hygiene practices for employees and strict cleaning protocols for stores

•   Cashless payments only, contactless is even better. 

We are grateful to all of our guests for doing their part to keep our community safe.

We are deeply committed to the well-being of our people and our communities. As we continue to monitor COVID-19 and the quickly changing landscape, community classes and events are suspended until further notice. For store orders, if you’d like to exchange or return your gear, you can wait until our doors reopen. If your gear was purchased in the 30 days before the date of temporary closure, you’ll be able to return or exchange it up to 30 days after your local store opens again. Timing may vary store by store—we continue to monitor the current situation and do what's best for our educators and guests.
